Delhi High Court yesterday dismissed Writ Petition (Crl) No.
1889/2014 filed by one Ms. Nisha Priya Bhatia who made allegations against
Justice HL Dattu who is slated to become the next Chief Justice of India. She
was an officer in the RAW and was terminated. She challenged her termination in
CAT. There were certain appeals / petitions filed by her in Supreme Court which were dismissed by the same bench
comprising inter-alia Justice HL Dattu. This made her to make allegations
against the Judge and concerned advocates.
The High Court discussed about the mentality of such litigants and then
dismissed the petition vide judgment dated 19th September 2014. The judgment was
passed by bench of Chief Justice G.Rohini and Justice Pradeep Nandrajog.
